Boat Description

This is a gorgeous Ericson 26' Sloop with Universal diesel power auxiliary. She has wheel steering and offers brand new cockpit cushions. Her mainsail has a canvas sail cover, and her original standing rigging has been replaced with oversized. She also has an adjustable back stay! Her interior shows beautifully and she has a teak and holly sole. A wonderful vessel for the first time buyer!

Accommodations
She sleeps five; 2 forward in the VBerth, 2 in the convertible double on starboard settee and 1 in the large quarterberth. The Salon has 2 straight settees and a fold down teak table. There is plenty of storage under each of the straight settees. The Salon floor is teak and holly. The Salon has both white and red halogen lighting. There is a enclosed head with sink and manual water supply, marine head with holding tank and "Y" valve.

Galley
The galley is suprisingly roomy! There is ample storage behind and above the stove which is a 2 burner stainless steel alcohol stove. There is a nice deep stainless steel sink with manual water supply. The large ice box contains 5 cubic feet of storage. Cutting board for meal preparation.

Electronics
Raytheon 2000 autopilot, VHF radio with DSC, GPS and AM/FM/Cassette Stereo system.

110volt receptacles in various locations throughout the vessel. 12volt adapter for cell phone or other 12 volt accessories. 12 volt halogen lighting fixtures (white/red), 2 group 27 deep cycle batteries, Mast light, ProCharge 3 stage Smart Charger and 12volt/110volt Electrical Panel.

Sails
Shaefer mainsheet traveler, 2 #30 Lewmar 2 speed Ocean Series self tailing winches, 2 #6 Harken halyard winches. All lines are led aft for single handed sailing. Cruising Spinaker, 2 Mainsails. Oversized standing rigging, adjustable backstay, and Harken retractable lazy jacks.

Deck
WHEEL STEERING! DODGER, 2 anchors each with 25' of chain and 250' of rode. Custom stem and stern stainless anchor rollers. Lifelines, man overboard kit. Lewmar opening hatch in VBerth. Custom Jump-Seats on stern rails. Safety netting on life rails. Roll-up dinghy with 3.5HP outboard

Additional
The Universal diesel engine has a RACOR fuel filter/water separator, engine space blower and a sea strainer. There is a WHALE Gusher manual bilge pump as well as a Rule electric bilge pump. This is really a sweet, well equipped vessel that shows that it has had excellent care!
