A Very Rare Find!!! Totally redone, top to bottom, from new bottom paint to a new custom bimini. This is a luxury live aboard that can circumvent the indland rivers and lakes in a very comfortable and economical mannor. She is not only beutiful in design, but is an eye catcher entering any port or marina. This boat originaly started as a 1967 galvanized steel hull, heavely cross sectioned and gunneled. Purchased in 1997 and refitted with a new aluminum superstructuer with total interior upgrades. It has two retrofitted 320 turbo cat diesels + a 15K kohler/washitaw dis/gen set. This boat has a new diesel furnace/ducted heat & air conditioning. She can be controlled from the pilot house or from the main solon with her dual steering stations. She has dual radar, radio,and sonar. The living on this boat is very comfortable in all four seasons with great insullation, themal pain windows, and a wood burning fireplace. There is also a washer/dryer and a gourmet galley, with a four burner oven/stove, microwave, 23 cf frefrigerator with ice maker. This bad boy even has a custom MSD@ - inboard sewer sanitation system. This system is approved by all federal and 90% of all state envirmental agnecys to discharged leagally. Sleeps 8 with a very comfortable queen size sleeping berth. This boat is very laid out with antiques and art which are all included. She is federally documented and proffesionaly surveyed at 311K. The asking price is 236K. There is a small amount of wiring to be done and the deck needs a coat of paint, otherwise this vessel is perfect. This is the reason for the lower price. My loss is your gain.
