2009 Com-Pac 27/3
WILL BUILD TO ORDER - UP TO 3 MONTH LEAD TIME The Com-Pac 27/2 is built in the traditional Hutchins style, with bronze ports, bronze deck hardware, and extensive teak. She is fast, tracks straight, maneuvers tightly, and accelerates easily. Her balanced ends offer agile performance even in light air. She turns within her own length and motors as well as she sails. The Com-Pac 27/2's interior allows standing head room, six berths and an enclosed head with optional shower. A full galley, hanging locker and storage space helps to satisfy the needs of a cruising family. Description: Amid a sea of similar yachts emerges our com-Pac27. From conception to launching rarely has a yacht come together as well as our Com-Pac 27. Bob Johnson, N.A., created on paper just what we asked for – no surprises, and we are still pleased. You will be please as well. Built in traditional Hutchins style with bronze ports, bronze deck hardware and with extensive teak. She will delight the eye of the experienced and beginning sailor. The Com-Pac 27 is fast. She tracks straight, maneuvers tightly, and swiftly accelerates before a puff. Her balanced ends offer agile performance even in light air. She turns within her own length and motors as well as she sails. The 6’10” cockpit with port and starboard seat lockers also has wet storage under a contoured helmsman’s seat. Wide decks and cabin top provide plenty of room for sail handling or just lounging in the sun. The Com-Pac 27’s expansive interior allows 6’ 1” standing head room, six berths and a large enclosed head with optional hot water shower. A full galley, hanging locker and loads of storage space helps to satisfy the needs of a cruising family. Three large hatches and eight opening ports ensure ample ventilation and a bright, airy atmosphere below. The two cylinder, fresh water cooled diesel or the powerful sail plan with standard 135% roller furling Genoa smoothly propels our cruiser through crowded harbors or across open water. Our Com-Pac 27’s predictability assures safe passages as much as her obedient behavior assures performance.Category: Sailboats Length: 27'

2008 Com-Pac 14 Picnic Cat
WILL BUILD TO ORDER - UP TO 2 MONTH LEAD TIME The Picnic Cat is from the drawing board of Clark Mills, designer of our former 16 CB and our 23/3, and well known also as the designer of the Optimist Pram and the Windmill One Design. Unlike her sister Com-Pacs the Picnic Cat has a centreboard rather than a keel. With her centerboard up she is beachable. Her broad hull form and the low center-of-effort of her gaff-rigged sail make her very stable. And her huge self-bailing cockpit and ample stowage offer unsurpassed comfort in a small, easily handled package. She's built of solid, hand-laid glass, with aluminum spars and stainless centerboard. In addition, the exclusive Mastendr™ mast raising system revolutionizes the trailer-boating experience. The Picnic Cat™ is a 14 foot, gaff-rigged catboat that is a pure delight to sail. But it is our Mastendr™ Quick Rig Sailing System that makes it unique. Setup and retrieval are effortless – a matter of less than 10 minutes – because gaff, boom, sail and hinged mast remain on the boat while trailering, as do the shrouds. All that’s necessary at the launch ramp is to raise the mast, attach the headstay with the quick release lever and sail off. It’s as simple as that. On the road, the mast, gaff and boom stow securely on the boom gallows, assuring worry-free trailering. Unlike a sloop’s, her mast, because it steps in the bow of the boat, does not extend beyond the end of the boat when folded to horizontal. In the water, her stability comes from broad hull form and low-center-of-effort-gaff-rigged sail plan. The centerboard and centerboard trunk in the Picnic Cat are made of stainless steel. This unit is a subassembly that is built in our machine shop and then installed into the bottom of the Picnic Cat. By building the unit in the machine shop, we are able to build every one exactly the same, and stay within machining tolerances vs. the large tolerances required for a fiberglass assembly. Also, the stainless steel centerboard assembly is much stronger and many times less susceptible to damage than traditional fiberglass centerboards. The trunk is fitted over with a varnished, solid mahogany box in the finished yacht. If you are familiar with Com-Pac Yachts, you’ll know what we mean by Com-Pac quality. If not, think of solid, hand-laid glass, elegant varnished mahogany, sold teak, brass rubrails, flawless stainless and bulletproof construction. The Picnic Cat’s timeless design is from the drawing board of Clark Mills, who drew the lines of our 16CB and 23/3 as well as the Optimist Pram and Windmill One Design. 2008 Com-Pac 17 Sun Cat

Infinity is all the above but to be truly a world class yacht she must also have great systems and equipment.(See Full Specs) Compare Infinity to a Swan or a Oyster and you will quickly conclude that Infinity is equal to or in most areas offers higher quality, especially the jointer work and at Infinity's low offering price you will see savings of 100s of thousands of dollars. Infinity's brief was to build the highest quality safe, comfortable and fast world cruising yacht possible. There was no budget, hence only the highest quality materials and equipment were chosen. All sailing operations are carried out without leaving the safety of the cockpit, reefing is simple just push a button. Safety is an interior designed for use in a seaway.
