1995 Sea Ray 270 Sundancer

This boat has been kept in very good condition. The cockpit vinyl has just a few cracks in on corner, I think you\'ll find this spot in the pictures. The cabin is in very fine condition. There is hot and cold pressure water. Recent stainless steel hot water heater gets its power from 110V power or engine heat exchanger. Suround sound stereo set up with TV. There is a remote spot light on the bow pulpit with directional control at the helm. The electronics that go in those dash brackets include a Garmin GPS 152 and a Lowrance X47EX depth sounder. There is ducted A/C as well as a carry on A/C unit you\'ll see strapped to the bow and covered. There are two bimini tops which zip together to shade the entire cocpit and there is a mooring cover. The aft cocpit bench seat is included but not installed. I don\'t know if all the hardware is there to install it or whaat hardware is required. Asking price is $23,250. This includes the 1996 Majic Tilt aluminium tandom axle trailer you see with it. The motor is a Mercruiser 7.4L with a Bravo III outdrive and dual stainless steel props. The carburator has just been rebuilt.
