All document and title transfers will be done through New England Marine Title and Documentation in Alameda CA. She is Marine ply with epoxy and glass over. Built in 1973 at the Oberon Boatbuilding and manufacturing yard in Alviso CA. Many bags of sails ground tackle spare lines and lots of spare parts. Original rigging appears to be in good shape, and has solid decks. No electronics or appliances. Charts on board from her trip to Mexico Fiji Hawaii and back to San Diego we're she is now located on her mooring. There are inexpensive slips in nearby Encinada or you can apply for your own mooring. You must have available cash on hand before contacting me for a showing!
