This 2000 16"4 Hell's Bay Whipray Flats Poling Skiff is in excellent conditions the owner kept on deck of a 80 motor yacht. This boat has a twin with the same specs and condition.

 

The Whipray is a side console extremely light. It comes with a Yamaha F40 4-Stroke with just 167 hours which was repowered in 2008, a cooler with removable cushion. non-skid floor, carpet, cushions, VHF standard horizon, LENCO trim tabs, Yamaha gauge, Ritchie compass and 21' carbon fiber pole.
